Introducing: Paul Rouse And Jamie Crawford Information technology is a
dynamic, quickly changing environment. To stay on top, RCG is fully committed to
an aggressive, ongoing program of continuing education. For example, all RCG
staff members are |certified| by Microsoft, or are working toward certification.
As new systems and technologies evolve, we make it a top priority to complete
training and certification programs.
One of our fundamental goals is to understand our clients’ business processes
and environments. Most technology firms dedicate extensive resources to learning
new software applications, operating systems, and hardware platforms. At Rouse
Consulting Group, we go a step further: Our dedicated professionals extend their
technological capabilities by studying the underlying theories of organizations
as well. Organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic
management, and industrial organization/organizational theory represent four
major areas of focus.
