Introducing: Paul Rouse And Jamie Crawford

Information technology is a dynamic, quickly changing environment. To stay on top, RCG is fully committed to an aggressive, ongoing program of continuing education. For example, all RCG staff members are |certified| by Microsoft, or are working toward certification. As new systems and technologies evolve, we make it a top priority to complete training and certification programs.

One of our fundamental goals is to understand our clients’ business processes and environments. Most technology firms dedicate extensive resources to learning new software applications, operating systems, and hardware platforms. At Rouse Consulting Group, we go a step further: Our dedicated professionals extend their technological capabilities by studying the underlying theories of organizations as well. Organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, and industrial organization/organizational theory represent four major areas of focus.

A native of Moline, Paul Rouse is a graduate of the University of Iowa, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (1992) and a master’s degree in Business Administration. He received a doctorate in Business Administration from St. Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa, in 2004. Prior to launching his own consulting firm, he was International Sales Manager for Montgomery Elevator’s accessory division. Additionally, Paul holds the American Production and Inventory Control Society CPIM designation (Certified in Production and Inventory Management); and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and a Certified Novell Administrator (CNA)

Selection of the right system for your organization requires full comprehension of technology, extensive knowledge of how technology is used in your industry, and the ability to sift through a vast number of complex choices. At RCG, we don't offer quick-fix solutions. Instead, we dig in. We'll study your business, listen to your needs, your plans and your goals. Then we design a system, one custom-made for you. And we don't stop there: We stay on the job, making sure the system is a good fit; provide training and ongoing support.
